• During peak seasons or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

• You can track your parcel via our courier partner’s site.

4. Delays

• We are not responsible for delays due to weather, customs, or courier issues.

• If your order is delayed beyond 7 business days, please contact us for assistance.

5. Incorrect Address

• Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your item arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

• We will work with the courier to resolve the issue or offer a replacement/refund.
